Ritualist MCT Oil is our first product, designed specifically for people dealing with seborrheic dermatitis and dandruff. It's pure MCT (medium-chain triglyceride) oil - a gentle, non-medicated option for regular scalp care.

How to Use
Apply to Scalp
Use on clean, damp scalp. Apply 3-5 drops directly to affected areas. Massage gently. Can be left on or rinsed after 20-30 minutes.
Track Usage
Log each application in the Ritualist tracker. Note your scalp condition before and after - itchiness, flaking, redness, etc.
Observe Over Time
Give it at least 2-4 weeks of consistent use. Seborrheic dermatitis and dandruff fluctuate naturally - tracking helps you spot real patterns.
Suggested frequency: 2-3 times per week to start. Adjust based on your scalp's response.
