Why this exists
People with seborrheic dermatitis and sebopsoriasis have spent years navigating a market that treats their condition as an afterthought. The products that exist were mostly designed for healthy scalps and adapted. Rarely built from scratch with us in mind.
Ritualist is an attempt to change that. MCT Scalp Moisturizer is Product No. 1. There will be more, formulated specifically for conditions like ours. Every person who tests honestly is adding to a body of knowledge that this community has never had access to. That is not a small thing.

Every tester receives a full bottle of Ritualist MCT Scalp Moisturizer. We want honest feedback, not gratitude. That is why it costs you nothing.
A record of your own scalp
Accepted testers are enrolled in the Ritualist Testing Program, a structured 2-week tracking protocol. By the end, you will have something most people with chronic scalp conditions never have: actual data on what happened to your scalp and why.
A say in what we build next
This is Product No. 1. There will be more. What you report over 2 weeks directly shapes what those next products look like. The people in this cohort are the reason the next thing we build will be better.
What we ask of you
- Use the product consistently for 2 weeks, daily or as suits your routine
- Complete weekly check-ins through the Ritualist Testing Program, takes under 5 minutes
- Be honest. A negative result is as valuable to us as a positive one
- Be based in India (current shipping only)
Who we are looking for
- You have seborrheic dermatitis, sebopsoriasis, or chronic dandruff
- You already have a routine. You have tried things. Some worked, most did not
- You are comfortable writing a few sentences about how your scalp feels each week
- You believe people with our conditions deserve products built specifically for us
One thing before you apply
We are not looking for cheerleaders. We are looking for people who will report exactly what they experienced, good or bad. If this product does nothing for your scalp, that matters. If it makes things worse, that matters even more. You are not doing us a favour by being kind. You are doing the community a favour by being honest.
